Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload or submit any content to the Services.

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Collov.ai provides AI-powered visualization services, including but not limited to:

• Virtual staging

• Image editing

• Multi-angle rendering

• AI virtual renovation

• Panorama generation

• Video generation

• API-based image processing services

Collov.ai is not:

• An architectural firm

• An engineering firm

• A licensed interior design firm

• A real estate brokerage

• A construction consultant

All outputs are for visualization purposes only.

The Services use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs may be inaccurate, distorted, incomplete, or unrealistic.

• Outputs are generated automatically and may not reflect actual physical conditions.

• Outputs are not guaranteed to comply with MLS, advertising, or regulatory standards.

• Outputs must not be relied upon for structural, engineering, or safety decisions.

• You are solely responsible for verifying all outputs before commercial use.

Collov.ai makes no guarantee regarding uniqueness, accuracy, or suitability of outputs.

6.1 Ownership
As between you and Collov.ai, you retain ownership of all content you upload (“Input”) and generated outputs (“Output”) (collectively, “Content”), to the extent permitted by law.
You are solely responsible for your Content.

6.2 License to Collov.ai
You grant Collov.ai a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, limited license to:

• Process

• Modify

• Store

• Reproduce

• Display

your Input solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

6.3 AI Improvement
We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve and enhance the Services.

If you access the Services via API:

• API keys are confidential and may not be shared.

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access.

• You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.

• You may not bypass credit systems or rate limits.

• You may not use the API in a manner that excessively burdens system resources.

Collov.ai reserves the right to throttle, suspend, restrict, or terminate API access at its sole discretion.

Enterprise API access may be governed by a separate written agreement.

8.1 Credit System
• One successfully generated image = one credit.
• Credits are deducted upon successful initial generation.
• Regeneration of the same image does not deduct additional credits unless otherwise specified in the product interface.
• Excessive regeneration or usage that constitutes abuse of system resources may result in temporary suspension, throttling, or termination.
• Unused credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
• Credits expire according to the applicable subscription plan terms.
• Credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless explicitly stated.
• Promotional or bonus credits may be revoked upon refund, chargeback, or account termination.

8.2 Credit Usage by Feature
The number of credits required per feature is as follows:

• Virtual Staging: 1 credit per successfully generated image

• Photo Editing: 1 credit per successfully generated image

• Design Agent: 1 credit per successfully generated image

• Chat Editing: 1 credit per successfully generated image

• Multi-Angle Staging: 20 credits per image, with a minimum requirement of three (3) images per request

• Virtual Tour (Video Generation): 40 credits per generated video

• 360° Panorama Generation: 20 credits per generated panorama

For Multi-Angle Staging, credits are deducted per image processed. A minimum of three (3) images is required for each multi-angle request.

For features involving multi-step or multi-output processes, credits are deducted based on the final generated deliverable.

Credit requirements may differ for API usage, enterprise agreements, promotional plans, or custom contracts.

Collov.ai reserves the right to modify credit requirements at its sole discretion. Any updates will be reflected in the product interface and become effective upon publication.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the product interface regarding credit deduction, the product interface shall control.

8.3 Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through your account settings or applicable App Marketplace.
Failure to cancel before renewal may result in automatic billing for the next subscription period.

8.4 Payments
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information.
You authorize Collov.ai and its third-party payment processors to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
If payment cannot be completed, access to the Services may be suspended or restricted until payment is successfully processed.
Payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy.

8.5 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting customer support may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
In the event of a successful chargeback, Collov.ai reserves the right to:

• Reclaim issued credits

• Revoke promotional benefits

• Restrict future account access

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available at: https://collov.ai/refund.
The Refund Policy is incorporated by reference.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes

• Upload infringing content

• Misrepresent AI-generated content as real photographs without proper disclosure

• Interfere with system integrity

• Attempt to bypass payment systems

• Develop competing products using the Services

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You violate these Terms

• Payment is not received

• We suspect fraud or abuse

• Required by law

Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

COLLOV.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY

• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

• NON-INFRINGEMENT

• UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE

• ERROR-FREE OPERATION

We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure or free of viruses.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

IN NO EVENT SHALL COLLOV.AI’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO COLLOV.AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

COLLOV.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• LOST PROFITS

• LOST BUSINESS

• LOST DATA

• INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

• REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION LOSSES

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Collov.ai from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your Content

• Your misuse of the Services

• Violation of laws

• Misleading property listings

• Intellectual property infringement

Enterprise customers may be subject to separate written agreements.
No SLA or uptime guarantee applies unless explicitly agreed in writing and signed by both parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California.
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Cloud provider outages

• AI model provider changes

• Natural disasters

• Government actions
